When I still lived in the UK, I had a horsebox built by Wilcox...had everything you mentioned, its a shame that I don't know where it is now. I think it was a little older than an 02 though.

But yeah everything went pretty smoothly with them, not sure how far away they are from you.

i bought mine from ABI Horseboxes Ltd, based in Manchester, its absolutely brilliant ( have had loads of compliments on it) and fantastic value for money, we have a 2002 plate MAN with luxury living and i paid about £41K plus vat, their website is www.abihorseboxes.co.uk, i cant recommend their boxes enough and are lovely people to deal with

With all those items in the living make sure you get a weigh bridge certificate. I would seriously doubt you would be able to carry 3 horses, the associated people i.e. driver & passengers (not forgetting the dog!), tack for three and fill your fresh water and diesel tanks and still be under 7.5 tonnes.

I took my lorry the weigh bridge yesterday, it is stalled for 3, has living with a hob, tv, loo, leisure battery, full skirts with lockers, one tack locker, was loaded with all the rugs and grooming kit/rugs, half full fresh water tank, three quarter full of diesel and me. It weighed in at 6.1 tonnes which gives me 1400 kg for additional passangers, tack, extra fuel to fill the tank and my horses, no way can I legally carry 3.

This does not worry me as I only have two horses but do be warned as VOSA is becoming more stringent on checking vehicles and horseboxes are easy targets.
