Just wondering how people think the horsebox market is at the moment? Put my 3.5 ton for sale 2 weeks ago and not had any replies :( but its quite a decent box and under £5000. Maybe I'm just being inpatient but was wondering if anyone had sold theirs recently and how long did it take to sell it?

sold my 3.5t sherpa last week - advertised on ebay for bidding but no bids, so re advertised on ebay with buy-it-now price and best offer options and had LOADS of interest.
First to view from contact on ebay agreed a private sale and i removed it from ebay.

Thanks, was thinking of using ebay next. It's on horsemart at the moment. Had lots of views but no calls which I can't really understand as I've put it on for a bit more than I want but I have put ONO so I would of thought would still have viewings.

A friend has been trying to sell her 3.5 for months - it's a nice little box, but she hasn't even had anyone come to see it. It's only just over £5k so not expensive

She's tried ebay, horsemart, H&H...but still no joy.

My 7.5 ton is on Ebay at the moment, sale or swap. So far I have only had dreamers interested. One woman mailed and offered me just over 1/4 of the price I'm asking. And it's a really good sound lorry... but no one has even bothered to come and see it :(

They are eligible for the Classifieds - means you don't have to accept Paypal either. Mine is in there - although there isn't a horsebox section, I used "other vehicles" :)
