Horseloverz on line . . . . have they gone bust or something??

I placed an order with Horseloverz ages ago.
Got most of the stuff but a couple of items are outstanding.
I've been trying to ring them but the phone never get's answered and no facility to leave a message anymore?
Then sent emails but again no response after several attempts and several days passing?

I reckon something fishy is going on and thinking I'm glad I've only got a couple of cheap items outstanding with them

Anyone got any ideas what's going on with them ??

i have had the odd outstanding item take a while from them but it always turned up in the end..if you paid bythe paypal option then you could lodge a claim through them?

I also placed an order with them a while ago. They won't answer the phone and there is no way of leaving a message. I have e-mailed several times and threatened with trading standards and still no response. I don't mind waiting a few weeks more, but an acknowledgement from them would be nice, just so that I know they are getting on with it!
