I would ask them to amend it, bump it to the top of the page, and to state that contact details had been misprinted.

You had phone calls, you've found a horse, what more do you want?

As someone else said you want to make certain that you typed your email address correctly if you decide to pursue it. Personally I wouldn't bother.

Well im glad i found a horse, i got two phone calls from the advert whereas when i last placed an ad i got loooaads of emails. what i want is to get what i paid fort. im not sure its relevant that iv found a horse by other means, i paid for a service they didnt give properly..maybe they wont see it that way?

as iv now found a horse not via horsequest, two weeks free wont do me any good! although iv found a horse i dont think its fair to have paid to have the ad which was typed incorrectly..?

oh right...in that case i'd then ask for some money back...but not all...your phone number was ok

they are nice at horsequest so just ask the question

think you are going a little over the top just for a wrong email, horsemart has put my phone number on the site incorrectly all i want is for them to sort it out and relist it...sounds to me that you are after a refund from horsequest

thing is most people email when they see an add, not phone, as i found out on the ad i had ages ago, and it was mostly in the first few days that people responded. therefore the ad was mostly wasted; kindof annoying as there arnet many loan horses around so you have to catch them quick! since i havent been able to find a loan im settling for a share, but i may have found something from hq as i did last time. maybe its an overreaction but if i pay for something i want to get what i paid for? maybe not a full refund but something would be appriciated! and at least they wont make the same mistake with someone else next time.

You could ask them to add in bold at the top something like 'Readvertised due to wrong email address' and ask people to email again. I'm sure most people who had emailed previously would respond, though admittedly you would have missed a few. I'd also insist they put your ad at the top of the page again, to catch the people who just scroll down to the last one they saw.
