Having recently seen a mixed response to a query on this company, just after making an order, I wanted to update it.
I ordered two rugs on a sunday evening. I then received, at 9.30pm on the Tuesday evening, a phone call as one of the rugs was out of stock. We picked a replacement and the order arrived the following Monday after I had been emailed with tracking information on it's despatch.
I think that 5 working days is really good service especially at this time of year.
