Having recently seen a mixed response to a query on this company, just after making an order, I wanted to update it.
I ordered two rugs on a sunday evening. I then received, at 9.30pm on the Tuesday evening, a phone call as one of the rugs was out of stock. We picked a replacement and the order arrived the following Monday after I had been emailed with tracking information on it's despatch.
I think that 5 working days is really good service especially at this time of year.
 
I had 2 rugs from them this time last year - think it took about 5 days aswell - had no probs whatsoever. Got my WB Taka and Belmont from them at fab prices (only prob now is i need the new colours!!).
 
these are two everest rugs - will keep my girl snug now it's turning colder
we are both a bit old for colours now so I think these will see us through
 
Put an order in about three weeks ago, they took the money and sent nothing - now trying to get a refund having cancelled the order. Will never touch them again. Equestrian Clearance delivered two rugs 18 hours after I ordered them!
 
I don't like their website it doesn't have a proper search facility and I can't be bothered going through pages of rugs to get to the one I want. Rather go to equestrian clearance.
 
We had to threaten legal action to get our money back for a rug that wasn't in stock and the woman just said "I'll put it in my 'to do' tray"!!
