haven't heard good things. rugs never arriving, refunds taking as long, rubbish customer services.

Many people have ordered, few have ever got their rugs, the ones who did had to wait ages, and the ones who managed to get their money back had to wait longer still!!!

Don't bother, worst company you could *try* to buy rugs from...try is the operative word. They take your money then don't send anything...and that's not slanderous/libellous, I had to get Trading Standards involved to get my money back, then their MD phoned me up and shouted and swore at me down the phone!

Ditto the bargepole. I had to threaten Trading Standards, Fraud Squad, etc before they took me seriously and finally returned my money. If there's a query, MY experience was they didn't answer e-mails or phone calls. The MD himself finally reluctantly explained to me that they don't actually STOCK the items they advertise but they wait to see demand and then try to get them cheaply in bulk, end-of-line, whatever. Now THAT'S not explained in their glitzy ads! Said it before, say it again, when something looks too good to be true (their prices and promises) it always is!!!!

Years ago I got a rug cheaply and quickly from them but it must be at least 5 years ago now. Haven't ordered since from them but have use Equestrian Clearance

1st rug ordered never arrived and had to get arsey to get money back, took ages!!! they blamed the postal service!! 2nd rug, i got, and was fine but had to ring up for it and it took 4 weeks!!!

Theres always one whos different and sorry that's me!!
I've always had a good service even received upgraded rugs once when my ordered old stock ones were out of stock.
But reading these replies i guess i was just lucky!

If you're not sure about them, try cyber checkout. They're really good and cheap postage.

I bought some rugs from them about a year ago and found them exellent. Very quick.

But maybe I was just lucky!!

re Jane 1234 - I would agree - go for Cyber Checkout - they are better and cheaper IMO. You can find them on EBAY as an Ebay shop.
