I haven't posted for a while, so thought I would put up a little update.
Was looking for a youngster, however, I am now since engaged
and youngster is going to have to wait as we are saving every single spare penny for a house deposit. OH has promised a youngster in the longer term (next 3 years), for us to share.
In the meantime I am helping out with YOs ISH 9month old filly who is proving to be a right chesnut mare already, mind of her own and challenging every single boundary! Giving me some excellent experience mind in preparation for our own.
I'm now riding out regularly on a borrowed Cobby Wobble, and my back has now improved to the point I can sit up alot straighter in the saddle, apart from after particularly hard lessons (focussed on improving my back and seat) when the muscles give up after some time and I go back to being crooked and shifting to the right
but big improvement.
Sorry for boring everyone but feeling very
right now. A year ago I expected to have my own youngster and what not, but even though thats not a possibility this year or even next, I've got back into the saddle and I'm making better progress than I thought I ever would, and gaining valuble experience. RESULT : happy
Sorry to anyone who I have now made vomit lol!
