Moved the girls this morning to the summer field, i plastered Katie in suncream and Put Kells fly fringe and ears on, let them go and they trotted off and had a look round as this is a new field to them. I went back later to swop headcollars for clean fieldsafe ones and pop Katies sun nose on, when i got to the gate they were eating and both looked up!
Kelly laid down when I was walking to her and rolled and rubbed her headcollar off and ears etc!! think she thought she would save me a Job!! She laid there whilst i put clean ears and fringe and headcollar back on and fly spray on her, she then laid there and carried on eating grass!!
Katie didnt want her nose protector on and managed to whip the apple from my hand and leg it!! Ive walked around and around and couldnt get within a few feet of her!!
So thats what my girls have done today, ones far too lazy to run away so lies down to eat and the other..... well what can I say apart from if you can catch her you can have her!!!
