horses for loan

Does anyone know of any websites to loook at if you are wanting to loan a horse in yuor area? Have looked at adtrader etc on line but nothing. Not really bothered what I get as long as its over 16hh and a confidence giver.

Saddleries and horse feed stores?

I gave up my last loan horse and came across my boy who was stabled just up the road from my other one. Word of mouth is probably best

How about Riding club websites? They often have for sale sections

try going round to local yards and asking them to put a notice up saying that you are looking. thats what i did and within 2 weeks i was sharing Jack!!

Horse Mart lets you choose a region and there are quite a lot for loan on there... also Horse Quest has horses for loan but you have to go through them all as there is no search engine.

Thanks for all that - got a big list of stables and tack shops etc to call. Have checked Horsemart and Horsequest but nothing on there.

I really need something in the next couple of weeks so still looking!!!

it all depends where you live really!
