Horses history

Hi guys,

I am trying to trace my horses history from before his previous owner whom I bought him from.

His name is Rubinspark and he is an Oldenburg I believe originally imported from Germany. He is now 10yrs 5mths old and is 17'2 dark bay.

The breeder on his passport is down as a Mrs Irene Brendel from London so I believe she is the lady that must have imported him then sold him on to his previous owner.

I am not having any luck tracking her down.

Does anyone know her or of her?

Any help will me much appreciated.

Have you tried contacting Oldenburg Society?

My guess with a name like that at 10 years old he'll be from one of Rubensteins offspring, or possibly grand-offspring.

Hi Naryafluffy,
Thanks you have just emailed them, although had to pick a random area as nothing quite matched!
I know a bit about him because of his passport and he is registered to me through the Oldenburg society and his Dad is Rubinstar N so you are correct in that respect.
Just wanted to know what he was like when he was younger, any issues when being broken etc, any accidents. Love him to bits but, have had a few issues with him myself and thought it might help to know more about his history.
