Horse's leg - help

My Connemara stood on his own front fetlock a few months ago, and he was on antibiotics for several weeks with a vet that again came out to make sure all was healing well as he'd got an infection. All is healed and he is fabulously working again, however that fetlock is naturally a little bigger than the other now, and i'm just wondering if you think it's normal after this kind of injury for the fetlock to stay a little bigger after he's had that injury.

Yes it's normal. Check it again in a year and it will probably hardly notice.
