Horses = VERY HIGH STRESS LEVELS!

Not a very good morning as you can probably tell, I have spent the last few hours trying to catch my freeking horse in from the field and why do you ask........simply so I can remove a broken rug strap but oh no horse has other ideas

When I did finally manage he got a nice handfull of mix and rug sorted, also left headcollar and rope ON so I could catch the imbosile later, tought oh I'll try again in a while and take it off...........WRONG spent yet another stupid amount of time trying to catch said b*ggering animal.


So IF he will not be caught tonight I do sincerily hope he enjoys the fireworks being let off next to his field as he can bl**dy well stay out!

I am totally with you on this one. One of mine decided to hear the call of the wild and refused to be caught. Last night noticed she was looking sore- having been in season for a week, so decided to catch madam. Took an hour, when finally started muttering that I'd have her shot as even though she was very pretty, a field ornament was not part of her job description.
Clever girl, she always knows when to comply and endear herself to me after being a complete sod.

Ah, one of those days....

Dizz goes through a stage of this round about July/August every year. She can be a complete ar$e to get in.
