Horsesense or Tower Farm?

Looking at going shopping on Sunday on the pretence that we want to try and get a bit for my friends mare. We have been to Tower Farm and know they have a good range but wondering whether to go to Horsesense in Solihull instead. I last went there about 15 years ago and remember it having stuff I'd never seen in other tack shops before, so would love to go again. The main aim of the trip is for the bit, does anyone know if they have a good bit selection? Which shop would you recommend? They are both the same distance for us to travel to (we're from Leicestershire)
 
Thanks for that, we do really need just the bit but highly likely further purchases will be made, (probably me), so was hoping for a bit of choice. I'm down to only 1 pair of breeches due to weight loss (I'll look like lettuce soon) and am desperate for another pair but I'm a nightmare to please when it comes to leg wear so was hoping for a bit of a choice in this department as well.
 
Although both saddlers are very good companies, i find you can get everything + more at tower farm that you can at horse sense. and a hell of a lot cheaper. Tower farm have a varied range of bits, i find the best local saddlers for bits is townsfield saddlers, coventry. they're worth trying out. they also have a good range and anything you can't view in the shop they can order in. good luck and have fun.
