Please read this before your order any thing from HORSESUPERSTORE.CO.UK.
We ordered a rug for our shetland via the web site (please note they have no address and the email is a hotmail account - should of give us warnings!). We got an email saying it was on its way. 12 days later we called to find out where it was. The very very rude man (and i mean rude) said "we dont have it, tough" My wife exclaimed that that was not very good customer service to which he replied "so what, what do i care it's only a horse rug" He then hung up. I called him back and asked for a manager, he said "I am the manager" I said great can i have your name he said "No, I wish the people at horse supermarket would stop giving out my number" So i said how did you know you never had it in stock then? He then got very abusive, abusive over a horse rug! he then said "Ive still got your credit card number so you had better watch out what I charge to it" The man was a wrong-un of the highest order. Please do not order from these idiots. I have now reported them to trading standards and have had to cancel my credit cards just incase. BE WARNED HORSESUPERSTORE.CO.UK will skank you up and then abuse you.
