Following a problem with a sluice over the winter, which left my field very very wet, the horsetail has gone mad.

Ponies have been on the same ground for 15 years. It's watermeadow with all kinds of herbs and flowers, on which they do exstremely well. I suspect they eat all kinds of things they shouldn't, and self-medicate to an extent. Horsetail has always been there, but not in such quantity.

I have seen one pony eating it, and I know it's toxic in quantity.

How worried should I be?
