Been looking at Horse Walkers for the yard idealy would like one with a half roof

anyone have any suggestions of makes which are good

Also how much for a 6 horse one roughly?

Have you considered a horse treadmill? Not sure if I'm allowed to say too much without it being classed as advertising as I work for a company that sells them, but they lots of benefits over horse walkers. PM me if you would like some more info.

ha ha not really as you can only put one horse on at a time cant you x

Yep thats the only disadvantage. They are very clever though you can leave the horse on the treadmill and it runs through a set programme, changing the gradient and speed automatically. The main benefit is that the horse is working in a straight line so they build up muscle evenly. Not much more expensive than a walker either.

Sorry I will take my sales pitch hat off now!!

We had our horsewalker installed a couple of years ago and had to get planning permission first. Planning permission cost £600 - daylight robbery methinks!
