Has anyone got one of these? If so how do you rate it? Horseware rugs seem to be the only ones that fit my boy properly. I normally get the more expensive ones rather than the Mio, but I'm wondering whehter it is worth paying the extra for a fleece where durability is less of an issue than it is for a turnout for example. What do you reckon?

I've got one (I think its Mio, definitely Amigo) that just has the one belly strap. I just use it after bathing/washing off and it does the job fine? Depends what you use it for. Its not very thick, I did find it quite dress like on my little mare though.

The best things ever for colder days are the Horseware Rambo Cooler rugs, they're really thick for warmth and wick the water away brilliantly. My horse sweated up really badly travelling, popped it on when I got back and when I checked on him 40 mins later the rug was soaking wet on the outside and he was bone dry underneath, well worth the money.

ooh, thanks for that. I think if there's only a single strap then that must be the normal Amigo, as the Mio has cross surcingles. Good tip on the Rambo though - perhaps I should splash on one of those. Hmmm, decisions decisions....
