Horseware fleece sizes

I need to get my gelding a new fleece and have seen a Horseware one that I like. I generally find that fleeces come up a bit small, so I was wondering what people think of the sizes of Horseware fleeces? Do you tend to size up?

My horseware newmarket fleece is true to size I'd say. Fits the horse same as it's rambo duo.
