Horsey bling.com? for v shaped brow band

I have been looking for a nive v shaped diamante brow band (sorry, i think they are fab! lol) and found a lovely one on this website:

But to place an order it says send an email and send money via paypal, does this seem like a normal process? Has anyone used them before? Just rang a few alarm bells....

Hmm. Never heard of them before, but I don't like the fact it's a free website, with adverts - not very professional! Plus the fact there's no contact details or address, not even a phone number. I'd steer clear, personally!

That said, I s'pose it's not a huge amount of cash to risk...
