So in the depths of winter "it's too cold to ride" "it's too wet and I'm worried that it will never dry up" "it's too muddy" "there's too much snow" "it's too windy to ride my insane youngster" "all the comps are cancelled as the ground is too soft"
Now all I hear when I go down the yard or read on my Facebook
"It's too hot to ride" "the ground is too hard" "there are too many people on the beach to have a canter" "there are too many flies" "there is too much grass"" have I forgotten any other complaints??
I don't think us horsey folk are ever happy! Although to be honest I'm totally loving the weather (and I have a 8 furlong gallops so no issues with lack of Canter work for me-sorry
