Was supposed to do some research with my daughter who is doing the Pony Club quiz tomorrow. Our subject was horsey geography questions only we went away for half term and I forgot. Oops. So can anyone think of some good ones (plus answers of course!) Things like where is Gold Cup held, where are New Forest ponies sold, where is a Trakhener from, that sort of thing I think. Willing to pool answers with anyone else doing last minute cramming so as not to be in trouble with dc!

which of germany's state studs is the oldest, and where (exactly!) is it?
answer: Haupt-und Land Gestüet Marbach. it dates back to 1573, and is located in the state of Baden Württemberg in southwestern germany.
