Horsey Holidays

I'm feeling in need of a holiday, but whenever I go away I miss the horses so I was thinking of taking my horse with me.
I'm not really a happy hacker so would like a holiday with tuition. Can anyone recommend any good places? I thought of Wellington Riding or Talland but does anyone have any experience of either these or can you recommend any good places?
It would also be nice to have the option to possibly ride school masters as well as my own

That was another possible that I forgot to mention. Do you have any experience of them? I've been there a few times for exams or to compete and it does appear nice but would like recommendations if poss
