Watching it now, I've never seen MR in action but I could have recited his join up spiel from KM clinics and his book.
I have nothing against any method that makes life easier for all concerned but I'd love to see this on, say, a really wild (feral then) horse/pony rather than a mare that has a lovely trimmed tail and is obviously handled.

Driving a team of 4 now, I'd tie them in the biggest knot if I did that! Very impressive.

It's quite a good programme isn't it?! Most horsey programmes on TV seemed to be pitched at kids.

the blind girl was amazing. The guy who is on now is amazing, he rides wonderfully for a fully able person let alone overcoming his disabilitys (sp?)

I know- brought a lump to mine too! She was having to do exactly what I had to do with Fal with the leaning over and the circles... could SO relate to how she was feeling, it's terrifying! Fantastic to see them having a good blast at the end!
