im thinking of taking my horsey stuff to a boot fair i have range of saddle cloths/boots/saddles/bridals ect that are just sitting in house doing nothing do u think they would sell at a normal boot fair??

I buy loads of horsey stuff (if I can find it!) at boot sales. If you live in a fairly horsey area I'm sure you'll shift some stuff.

My best bargain this year was a brand new havanna English bridle with no cheek peices or reins for £4

Yes - you won't get much for it... but it does sell. My Dad has bought loads of stuff for me...most of it crap or broken! But the thought was there

Would see if any of your local riding clubs are organsisin one or go for Ebay or something like Adtrader.co.uk or EquineAdvertiser.co.uk (both free and you can do a listing or ask people to email you for list). Think you won't get true value at a general car boot.......

There's a big boot fair at Marsh Green near Edenbridge which apparently often has horsey stuff, I've never been myself though.

Yes, I've been to that one recently.

It's at Gabriels' Farm just off the Edenbridge Road. Really big, a lot of stalls. There was a saddle there when I went last. Pretty damaged though.

They used to have them most Sats and Sundays starting from noon (great for us non-early risers!!) though I think they're on the wane now as Winter is coming.

It's advertised in the Tun Wells Courier.

Went to Hop Farm one recently. Hardly any sellers...though the weather was looking a bit stormy
