Done can I ask what you are trying to establish? I found the science question a bit difficult as there seems to be science to back up magnetic stuff but I don't rate it, everything I use needs a logical science basis but I use my common sense and physio background to help too :)

Yes im doing a Degree in Equine science at the moment and for my big IRP assignment i am basing it on magnetic rugs and whether there is a significant change in the horse's stride length when this is being used so this is mainly for primary research :)

I use magnetic boots on my mare after exercise as part of my regime to keep her sound following injury.
I really don't know if it helps or not, but as I had the boots for a horse with arthritis already (didn't help her), I bung them on current mare as it seems harmless enough and if it does have a positive effect, then its a bonus.
