Has anyone tried Horslyx respiratory lick and did it work? I am thinking of trying it and just wanted to see what other people thought.
 
My mare won't touch it (she loves the original blue one tho). YO gave it to her horse when he had an upper respitory infection and it seemed to work but he was on medication at the same time so it was hard to tell.
 
my horse loves it, dunno if its helping cos he hasn't got a problem, just thought it may be beneficial cos he getting on a bit- word of warning- its sticky as hell and if your horse is grey like mine he's liable to make a mess of his face/legs/anywhere he rubs!!!
 
Thank you for replying. My mare has a blocked sinus and she is on antibiotics but I know when I have a cold things like menthol helps and I thought it would be nicefor her as she needs to stay in at night.
 
One of my mares had the resp one when she she had a bit of a cough. It didn't do her any harm!

my other mare loves them, she gets the mobility one and would eat it in a oner given half a chance.

Poppymoo, my grey gelding loves them all too and makes the biggest mess with it all over him. He ends up skewbald!
 
Seemed to help Chancer's dry cough - I gave him Cairo's one as Cairo gets a bit of cough in winter.

Cairo licks is very slowly

Chancer does not - hence this problem
