Horze tendon boots anyone? Need sizing help

As title says really. Does anyone have any Horze tendon boots and know whether they come up big or small? Or even better have measurements?

I have a 15.2 connie x ID, his cross country boots are medium size, however on seeing tendon boots at tack shops they always look quite small. Would a cob or full size be better?

Any help would be great
