hot horse

My rising 2 gelding has been really hot in this weather! He has been getting really sweaty and laying down quite a bit! He's out rugless now and has a bit of shelter around the edge of the field but he doesn't seem to be resting there! He's just got up from a lay down and one side is nice and cool but the other side is burning hot. The other 2 horses aren't hot at all. Is anyone else finding the same with their horses? I just worry as he's new to me! So learning the difference between him and my mare!

Our girl is always boiling at the moment, we went out today just for a 20 minute hack and she was dripping - however she has got Cushings and is just coming back into work!
I'm finding it with a lot of horses on the yard at the moment though I think the hot weather has come on so quickly that they haven't started to properly shed their winter coats yet.
