Hot Legs

My horse is slightly lame in his right hind, and this leg is hotter than his left but not swollen. He has been turned out all day and appeared to be fine this morning. Could he have just knocked it or is it likely to be something worse?

Could just be a knock or may have tweaked something if been charging about in muddy field. See how it is tomorrow.

put a cold hose or a cold compression on it and give bute if this doesnt work get a vet to look
