Hound exercise? Coakham Bloodhounds?

Can I go on mounted hound exercise with the Coakham?

Can't find anything on their website about it and not sure who to contact .. from the people on the list.

Do any of you go out with them pre-season for this sort of thing? Want to get my youngster used to hounds and hacking in company of more than a couple, before we have a go at hunting proper, later in the season.

Sorry, don't know about hound exercise proper. The bloodhounds live on my block so we often see them out in the mornings but with their usual staff only (this could be just the mature hounds, don't know what they do with the youngsters). I would call Nic Wheeler - he's very nice and will give you all the advice you need.

They do autumn hunting from September, which is usually advertised on the website once they know which days and where. I'd ring the Kennels about hound exercise prior to this - they're always friendly and happy to help
