As it says on the title. Flippin' HUGE water carrying greyhound goes round house finding puppy piddle then pees over the lot. Amazing how much fluid a 35kg hound can carry in him.

The biggest problem is actually catching either of them at it though he did it yesterday in front of my cleaner who was suitably horrifed as had just mopped floor!

I'm thinking of seperating them when we go out until she's better trained. Alas she too thinks it's fun to pee just in front of every door we have and even on the step to the dog flap - she's too small to get out without a step.

She goes outside to do main business and uses the step and dog flap but is still sneaking off to puddle.

Ho hum... at least my other one isn't copying... yet... rain outside... deeper puddles inside, might have to keep my wellies on

cute though

LOL.....piddle parties

could u restrict her access and confind her to one room until she gets into a routine...or crate her, when you cant keep your eye on her....ask your cleaner to thoroughly scrub with a recommended piddle erradicator the areas in which she has piddled to stop your greyhound piddling over the top...slip her a few extra quid....Im sure she will be thrilled

Completely unrelated to this apart from that I have a greyhound, my neighbours mother complained to my parents (who come to walk Emma at lunchtime) that said greyhound is stressing out their cat when she is in HER OWN GARDEN!! Whats that all about then??? My dog, my garden, end of really!! Sorry just had to get that off my chest.

Completely unrelated to either of the posts. The sanctuary I got my greys from told me someone sent theirs back because it 'kept standing in front of the telly'. If that's a valid reason I shall threaten mine seriously!

He's got soooooooooooooooooooo used to his squashy bed am sure that'll stop the piddling. We're drowning in it here... JRT even piddles with excitement at tea time...

p.s liking 'piddle parties' as a description more than the reality

I used to call my old lurcher 'the worlds first see through dog' as he was always infront of the TV but I wouldn't have sent him back for a million pounds

Re the peeing thing. There is a spray called Get Off which smells quite nice to us and not very nice to dogs. You could try spraying this in all their favourite places after it's been cleaned up. And make sure the big grey never has a full bladder by making him go outside to pee often.

we also call ours the two dimensional dog as he's shaped like a fish. A flat one when he's lying down. JRT runs along his rib cage - he deosn't seem to mind.

I've got a greyhound bitch too and fortunately she's not piddling everywhere. Mind you she'll ONLY 'go' in the garden. My dog walker comes in the morning and takes her out for 45 mins then has to wait five in the garden for her to go!

We've also got the 'get off' spray in so many flavours I think he's become imune, My husband reckons they just do it on purpose because they like playing with the mop!

I love my piddly little pack!
