Dear Editor,
I am writing to you as an avid reader of Horse and Hound every thursday I purchase my copy and it lasts my entire lunch break. I also use your forum regularly to meet other like minded people and to learn new things whilst scrolling through the 'new lounge' of the forum I came across 'Hovis's friday diary' and now I log in specially to keep up with his exploits I dont know whether you have come across them but they are hilarious.
Horse and Hound used to have 'stable stereotypes' a funny little column on the letters page that provided a little humour for the readers however I noticed a while ago it had vanished from the page luckily for me I purchased the book. I am writing to you therefore to ask you to read 'Hovis's friday diaries' for yourself and to see and appreciate the witty entries that I think all horsemen and women can relate too. I feel Horse and Hound is missing a little extra zest and familiarity to its pages and I think that Hovis could provide this. I posted a thread on the forum a while ago as I was interested in hearing others opinions on the diaries and whether they would support this bid, I had a staggering amount of viewings and replies and the consensus was that everyone would love to see this wonderful witty entry grace the pages of your magazine.
I thankyou for reading this rather badly written email and I await your reply.
Yours Faithfully
