our little man will turn 2 on 20 june

His proper mum (I'm just an auntie) keeps saying I think he'll not grow much more now etc etc - i think she's barking

he is out of a chunky 16.2Hh 3/4 tb mare by country top dollar who is about 16.2

he has very very very long legs and is currently at least 2" bigger than my little 15.2Hh mare

how big do you think he'll mature???

(I've brough my step mum's 17+hand hunter down for her to ride to get used to a bigger horse!!)
 
he is currently about 16Hh and almost 2 - i remember from a lecture at college a long time ago that at two horses are 85% of their final size at 2 so does this make any sense

15.3 is 63" 15% of 63 is 9" and a bit which would make him stupidly massive

any more help??
 
I'm wrong it is 90% of full adult size - still not sure my friend is trying to convince herself he'll be 15.2" which he grew out of about 4 months ago!!
