How big will he be?

Coloured colt who is a dartmoor x cob. His mum was 12 hands high & his dad was 14.2hh, he's currently 12 hands ish... How big do you think he will make when fully grown? His dad was quite chunky. What do you think?

well at a guess somewhere in the middle, but it all depends. How old is he? is he quite leggy?

How old is he? age at current height is a good start...As said above in theory he could be somewhere in the middle but if there are some taller genes on his fathers side he could be bigger or vice versa.

its so difficult to say, at 20 months id guess but it is a guess maybe 13.2hh or fall a little either side, however cobs can take longer to grow and sometimes surprise us. But also what CBfan says as well with there being quite a difference between sire and dam. Do you have a picture?
