My 4 year old Dartmoor x possibly arab, is currently 14hh and as she had a foal 6 moths ago, (not my choice) i'm not sure if it will have affected her adult height?

I my experience as a 4YO she probably won't signifcantly grow much taller anyway. By that I mean she's not going to grow a hand over night like when they are babies. (Slight exageration)

At 4 she's much more likely to change shape in her body I'e fill out, thin out, gain muscle.

With regards to the foal situation I don't really know about the effects of having a foal on the body as it has effected the horses I have encountered differently and its not really my forte, so i'm not much help!
But I am intrigued to see what others say!

:)

It's hard to say with horses since you haven't got anything to compare her to. With cattle and sheep breeding young does slightly stunt their final size but that could be because they breed every year. Your pony will have a chance to catch up with any lost growth from feeding the foal so I shouldn't think it will make a lot of difference. Assuming she had correct nutrition during pregnant and milking I suppose.

No answer OP main question about her mare: As a pony (Dartmoor X), I very much doubt it will have made any difference to her ultimate adult height. Not as a consquence of foaling at 4 years of age.

My 4yo was 16.1 when i got him 1.5 years later and he's 17.2hh
I think it does depend on breed tbh, no expert though

Like I said in my expierence :)

I've mostly been around cobby types (the ones you buy for £100 from the bloke down the road types) that hit 4ish and pretty much stay the same height just fill out and muscle up :)

But as said it depends on the breed :)
