How big will she make??

I'm recently shocked by how big my filly is already. When I bought her she was the smallest of all the foals (tiny!!) and everyone told me I'd be lucky if she made 12.2hh fully grown.

She's now 18 months old and is already 12.3hh. So she's still got plenty of growing left to do. She's very bum high!
How big would you guess she will make??
 
I was told that if you measure from the coronet to the knee, what ever it is in inches is what they should finish in hands. Eg 14 inches would be 14 hands. I don't know how accurate this is though.
 
Take a stick or string and measure from the fetlock joint up to the elbow. Now flip that stick/string round and take it from the elbow up towards the withers, where the string/stick measures up to should give you an approximate guide of how tall she'll be.
