Has everyone know my little spanish boy can be a bit quirky. Well i decided to clip my horses. My little spanish has a brand and its very hard to make out because of the dapple so after i finshed the others walked into his the stable with clippers on lots of snorting and going ahead no rearing though i did wear a hat body protecter and had a friend stand just outside the stable just incase was able to get clippers on body just and then slowly on the brand it looks like a m with something in the middle of the m does anyone know this brand I will try and do a bit more but didnt want to push to far. Because he was quite good

He is probably used to clippers as the Spanish completely remove the foals manes and tails. The brand could be Militar although there are many others that are variations of M. I may have asked you before, but what is his name and does he have numerals after it?

I also meant to say why I advised you not to give him certain foods.

Haylage-Can make them spooky and jumpy.
Alfalfa- Can make them itchy and grumpy/agressive.
Sugar/Molasses-Can make them itchy and hot them up.
Starch such as Barley/Oats etc- Can hot them up and make them grumpy.

This applies to all horses and not just Spanish.
