He abducted a 15yo, held her and repeatedly raped her for 15 hours, all that and a hell of alot more and they've given him a minimum of 7 years

Totally agree, hes been released and clearly shown he is a danger to any female, he should never in his life be let out again, never mind as early as 7 years! Its only down the road from me that girl was taken, quite scary really. In some countries apparently they do castrate males who do such things!! quite right to!!!

He probably will be buggared where he is going (several times a day I hope). It is a sad fact that the hands of the judges in these cases are tied, its not entirely up to them how long a person spends in jail government provide working guidelines for the courts. I am sure that some judges are frustrated by the restraints placed upon them by so-called well-meaning politicians. Remember now incarceration is meant to educate and process the inmates to integrate with general public, it is not meant to be a punishment. What a load of bollocks, these inmates enjoy a life of luxury with all sorts of amenities made available to them. I fully support re-education and the re-integration into the community but these so called do gooders need to realize that there are out and out b******s in this world that will not respond to their well meaning policies.

The british public are left totally in the dark about the offenders let out on community supervision orders, tags, and community service...most of these individuals are extremley dangerous to society, and are often looked after by a probation officer, who also has to deal with 23 other cases a week, who is under extreme pressure if they miss something out that offender could re offend and possibly hurt another child...they recommend a custodial sentence..the case goes to court the judge gives 4 years..only half that will be done in jail then released back into the community into a hostel..and the scary thing is the probation service is not working as it is....what will happen when privatisation comes in and group 4 run it ? think i will be off to spain

Why sentence 'life' if he can be set free 7 years into it?
This system sickens me so much!
Castration, slow and painfull, I don't agree that he should be killed after....should be left to wallow in self pity and guilt!

its not just the girl that suffers its her mum and dad and her whole family- and then what the future holds for her - i know becuase my sister boy was caught by a peadofile -- its something i cant quite explain all you can do is support the victim -as to him i wish they would bring back capital punisment like in usa and hand the bas---d we have no deterants for naughtyness i hope he gets in jail

It's been proven that the death penalty does not work as a deterrent . In the countries/states that use it there are no fewer serious criminal offences such as rape or muder.
