How did you find your instructor?

Was it important to you what qualifications they had, what level they had competed to, whether they were willing to get on your horse, how much they charged, or was it a word of mouth recommendation and you were happy with that?

I'm not bothered about qualifications when I look for an instructor. I go from word-of-mouth, recommended to me by people I trust not just anyone

If they weren't willing to ride my horse to demonstrate something I wouldn't book another lesson!
