Ok, small dilemma!

How do I convince Ollie that he wont be turned out for at least a month, therefore he can allow his leg to get better?
Ollie was sound for about 3 weeks and off bute for two, after damaging his superficial tendon. Vet said he needed to stay on boxx rest for 8 weeks from the scan, which is the last week in Feb but could start taking him for little walks (only very little ones) at the beginning of Feb :)
Well I managed to do it twice on the first weekend of Feb out of the stable courtyard and then walked round the courtyard a couple more evenings due to wanting to have light if anything happened! Well by Wednesday he had aggrivated his tendon and had about an inch below the knee for two inches!
Both Brownmare (YO) and I believe he has self harmed due to the fact he doesn't want to be turned out in the cold. So need to find a way to convince him not to damage that bloody leg again :D

I thought most horses were clostraphobic (sp) not agrophobic (sp)

I must have the only agrophobic horse in the country :cool:
