My horseboxx has a window in the back of the cab and i want to cut it through to the living. any idea how. it is not a tilt cab as you access the engine from the front (MAN) do i need to weld it or seal it, use wood, metal or what?

^^Yeah shes right cutting it out would effect the strenth of the cab roof. My boyfriend is a mechanic and he says glass pays a big part in support.

I dont know any man lorrys that dont have a tilt cab it must have been fixed down by the box builder ???!!
anyway you would need to cut the back of the cab and make a maching apature in the front of the box, then you need to fabricate a tunnel out of box section steel and sheet to join the cab and box which would need some flexability to allow for movement between cab and body could be fixed at the box end and a rubber seal to cab.. however I would get a body builder or horse box place to do it .....
