How do I get Flair Fitted?

So I want Flair fitted to my saddle - where do I start? Does anyone know which saddlers in Kent do this?

Do I take the saddle in, get the Flair fitted then have the saddle out to yard to adjust?

Frogpool Saddlery in Kent do it, I think it costs £250 - £300, I beleive most leather saddles can be converted but not synthetic. You can take saddle in. However, they may suggest they visit to make sure saddle fits in the first place!

Are you anywhere near Canterbury? Flair are based just about 10 mins away + Micjhael Uden the saddler also fits flair (provided the tree is the right size for your neddie). PM if you need phone nos.
