How do I post pictures???

Hello everyone!
So I'm not to great with computers and I have no idea how to post pictures on this forum. I was trying to find an attachment button or an upload a file. But the only thing I can find is the URL thing which I don't know if it'll work like I want it to. So it would be really helpful if any of you could help me!

I think you have to put them on something [maybe photoshop]. I have photos in Dropbox, can I use them on here?
I have managed to get two photos in to a album on "my profile", but not managed much else.

Open a (free) account at Photobucket, then upload them. Once they are uploaded there are a list of codes beneath each one, copy and paste the one beginning and ending with
