how do i upload pictures on this??

do anyone find this hard to navigate? i am sure with time i shall do it but right now i am scratching my head xx

You need to upload them to Photobucket, then once on there click on the IMG code which will paste them,go back to the forum and your topic and click paste, should be there to check click on preview post
