I've had an awful day today. A friend has lost her baby at 20 weeks and another friends Dad has passed away. A truly pants day if I'm honest. However... I've had an amazing ride this evening. Not a hoof was put wrong and we were out for nearly 2 hours. Have had a good cry in the middle of nowhere followed by a nice canter. He really knew I was low tonight and looked after me.

think mine comes at it from a different angle 'she has had a crap day lets give her something to think about to take her mind off it' then does everything i would rather she did not!
