how do you cover up scars for showing classes ie white mark on leg

Showing people I used to know used make up from fancy dress shop or theatrical (sp?) make up.

Shoe polish is another favourite!

Gold Label do a product called a Show Stick, which are said to cover up scars and marks

We used to use hair dye but our horse was bay with black legs so it was easy to by a black hair dye from Boots!! this lasted about 6 wks before it needed doing again.

shoe polish works great, or there is some spray paint specially made for horses for showing that is very good.

mascara/eye pencil or shoe polish were the favoured cosmetic enhancement tools of my old boss who showed/judged.

Buy black hair spray from boots, then remember to put a little shine over the top.
It's much cheaper than a horse product and does the same job

make up, i have opposite problem, have a dun with black skin so have to use makeup powders and concealers to tart him up!
