as title, dont know what to call them but hopefully you know what i mean, people have sayings and pics of their lovely horseys so i want one hehe 
How do you do those things that are there everytime you reply to a post?

It's called a signature.
Click on your name once you are logged in - this will take you to your own personal page.
Click on 'Customise Profile'
On the left is the column 'Your Control Panel'
Go to 'Settings and Options' and choose 'Edit Signature'
There you can add your signature - might be a saying or a photo of your horse. It's up to you
When done, click on 'Save Signature'
