How do you fix broken fence posts?

I have a line of very high fence posts on one boundary which have 3 horizontal rails. Four of them have rotted and snapped at the base and are sagging, held on by the horizontal rails. As they are concreted in, I can't take them out and replace them with new ones. Is there any way of fixing the existing post in to the ground again? The part above ground is fine.

I saw these things but not sure how to use them:

The second one wouldn't work anyway as the posts I have are more than 75x75 but can probably find one to fit. But can't see how it would go in the ground as the old post is there?

Anyone know this stuff? I am learning all the time!

We have concreted in posts, and we usually hire a mini digger to dig out the old concrete, although the magician who is my long suffering OH has sometimes dug them out by hand.

On one occasion he did drill and dig out the rotten wood, and make the new post a bit smaller, then with a touch more concrete it was all fixed in.
