How do you get pictures on?

How do you get pictures in the gallery? Little picture with name? Under message?
Not very computer literate.

I've just posted some in the gallery lounge - You need to set up on photobucket upload the pics from ur computer & copy & paste in a new post! Not a pro thats al i know, i see a post on here earlier that gave a step by step guide on how to do it but u think i can find it now!!!!!! - Thanks whoever you were great help!
