Im thinking of going hunting, I have only done it once about 3yrs ago and loved it so much!

I havnt had my horse long so wouldn't go yet in a couple of months after I take her to some shows and get to know her, I might not take her at all as got another horse anyway if I don't fancy taking her, but would like to go to one but that is nice as the last one was very fast, and I don't know Millie that well yet but next year I want to compete at cross country so want her fit.

How do you know where there taking place and are for new horses, I am a confident rider but I do get nervous taking a new horse somewhere so prob best a beginner hunt if they got one of them.

contact the secretary of your local hunt and they should be able to answer your questions about suitable meets for first timers and novices, and once you've done that you'll know when and where!

have fun!
